- Represent any party’s legal interests
- Draft legally binding agreements (though we do help parties outline terms for their attorneys and/or jurisdictional courts to formalize)
We strongly encourage all parties to consult with their own independent legal counsel before, during, and after the mediation process to understand their legal rights, obligations, and the implications of any potential agreement.
